The resort comprises three separate buildings that terrace down Pu'u Poa Ridge, reaching from the top plateau of Princeville to the Beach of Hanalei Bay. The Lobby and entrance to the hotel are located on the 9th floor and the Beach and Pool are reached via the 1st floor.

A total of 7 passenger elevators link the different buildings.
Connecting Rooms are always King to Double/Double. Suggest Ocean View for best availability of connecting rooms.
